Clara, naive, since she was a modest young woman who didn’t know the evil of life and people, believed in Cassi’s love and fell in love with him. Her godfather, realizing the situation, decides to defend the goddaughter, but when confronting Cassi ends up being killed by him and a colleague. Even confessing to her godfather’s murder, she still believed the act was out of love.
