Joaquim dos Anjos was a piper, composed waltzes and tangos, learned to develop his musical talent in his homeland. A native of Diamantina and an only child, she was invited one day by an English researcher to come to Rio de Janeiro to provide them with some services. Soon after he became a postman and married months later. With the death of his mother in his hometown, he inherited the entire inheritance and then sold it to live in the suburbs.

Joaquim dos Anjos era un gaitero, compuesto de valses y tangos, aprendió a desarrollar su talento musical en su tierra natal. Originaria de Diamantina y hija única, un investigador inglés la invitó un día a venir a Río de Janeiro para brindarles algunos servicios.
